BOILER INSTALLATION
🔹Supply and installation From £1600 
🔹Every boiler we fit comes with a full powerflush or Spirotech rapidcleanse as standard.
🔹 If you do not already have one a system magnetic sludge filter will also be fitted as standard.         
🔹 If having a combi boiler fitted a scale reducer will be installed as standard. 
      (These are all important as the manufacturers warranty could be void if a problem arises due to sludge or scale) 
🔹5-10 year boiler warranty depending on boiler fitted.
🔹All new boilers installed must be registered with building regulations. We will notify Gas safe and then a building regulation      certificate is sent to yourself.

We always aim to provide a 1st fix and one visit service to our customers whenever possible.

SPIROTECH RAPIDCLEANSE
A Spirotech Rapidcleanse places less stress on the central heating system as it uses the central heating pump to circulate chemical which breaks down the sludge. The sludge is then collected in a large powerful magnet. The system is then flushed through using mains water to further clear the sludge and also remove the cleaning chemical.
